Heather Phillips is the Administrative Director for Continuum. She supports the entire Continuum team and their clients.

Heather is responsible for all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, talent strategy, compensation and benefits, internal communications, training and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, organization design, and employee engagement.  She also organizes and deploys operational plans for Continuum including marketing, cost controls, and staffing. Her responsibilities include engagement coordination, management of administration, finances, databases and database access, and formatting, reviewing, and editing. She has worked with many utilities and utility contractors and specializes in the design and development of survey instruments, Rummler-Brache (swim lane) process mapping, and project management frameworks including documentation of policy and procedures.

Prior to joining Continuum Capital in 2016, Heather worked as a project manager for BB&T in the Business Loans Department, responsible for helping to develop and create the backend computer systems used by the branch teams to administer business loans to clients. She also was responsible for reviewing financial reports for the department. Heather additionally worked for FMI consulting firm for three years prior to that.

Heather has a passion for helping children and animals.  She currently serves on the board for Smart Start of Davie County (Immediate Past Board Chair), a non-profit that serves children from birth to five years of age.  Heather is also a certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist.
